Chelsea is among the hundreds of New Mexico teens who log lots of time behind a steering wheel just getting to school. The mirror's beaded necklace with a cross and the dashboard's hula guy were gifts on her 16th birthday. Chelsea says the necklace is there partly for good fortune on the road and partly because it's pretty.
